Thanks to Matt! My shoulder pain that bothered me for the last 6 months is completely gone with your exercise programs! I injured my shoulder during weightlifting and the pain has been bothering me night and day. Even my work performance was restricted. But with just a few simple and easy exercises, the pain disappeared in a month!
