I started Signature Sports Massage out of a desire to truly help people find relief from pain, as well as help athletes perform to the best of their ability. My degree in Exercise Science, experience working alongside athletic trainers, and time spent working on Notre Dame and other elite athletes have all given me insight in how to effectively treat the muscles of the body. Micah gives a great massage! I also enjoy using the sauna and red light therapy bed. He offers many other therapies as well. Great guy and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Love this place and you will too!
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience today and greatly appreciated how Micah suggested I see a physical therapist to manage my back pain. I will definitely be back.
