I started Signature Sports Massage out of a desire to truly help people find relief from pain, as well as help athletes perform to the best of their ability. My degree in Exercise Science, experience working alongside athletic trainers, and time spent working on Notre Dame and other elite athletes have all given me insight in how to effectively treat the muscles of the body. Very glad I found this place. I bought a membership to use the infrared sauna and cold plunge for detox and overall well-being. We are lucky to have such a nice spot locally! Micah is the best!
