Such an awesome place and services right along with the people that work here. Awesome and and welcoming attitudes are not as popular these days, they do a great job at that here. I mainly love the red light therapy they have to offer and the cryo therapy chamber. My wife loves the cold plunge and sauna. They have many other services as well. They have a nice Keurig machine here if you like that, they also have a nice beverage selection in the likes of Steaz Teas, LMNT Electrolyte Water, a few Koia flavors, Essentia Water, D... read more
I had a great experience with trying the hyperbaric chamber for the first time yesterday! Loved the environment and the owner was informative and helpful and got me an appointment right away. Looking forward to the next visit! Also try out Zoe if you're interested in a massage. She's great 🤗

Clean, professional atmosphere with excellent massage therapists!
Always a positive experience! Easy to schedule, easy to get in and out and a clean space. I see Micah for deep tissue. He’s a skilled technician working each muscle group with intention and completely. I do massage and am often tight all over and he always does a great job of hitting each problem area and even the stuff I forget to ask for, like I always forget about my feet but he does not! Super grateful I can come here for needed relief!
