Sad they are willing to lie to their customers to make sales. I would not recommend buying from them. They claim that all other bikes are “fake” and “illegal grey market” and that only the bikes they sell are the real ones. Straight lies. Plus they are rude. They must be desperate for sales. Makes sense because their prices are outrageous.
Overall very happy with the bike. This is the only place that has the V1+ in stock versus a waitlist. HyperRides customer service is very quick and readily available, but I would recommend they use a different shipping company as I had multiple issues with the disorganization of the shipping. The customer service was able to assist with valid tracking numbers and what not, I did have to do some leg work and call the company myself to get an appointment for drop off. When the owner doesn’t know the difference between a sprocket and a caliper, I’d go somewhere else.
We were able to secure a Macfox for our teenager. They have an option on their website to reserve the bike and include assembly. Fast, friendly, and professional service. Thank you Emma and Nolan!!
