10/10 experience, After driving from reno to visit another store that said they had a product in stock but didn't upon arrival. A quick call to Hyper to verify the bike was in stock while i was still in Sacramento, They met me before hours so i could purchase the bike and couldn't of been more helpful. 10/10 experience and my kid is pumped on the new bike. Thank you all!

I found this listing on Facebook, Jay response was super fast and informative, no pressure sales, he was just to the point and how to buy, we ended up getting the atlis delta, I was told 2 day prep up to 5 day shipping it was in Utah at my shop in 3 days! That’s incredible! over all the best experience I have had with this type of company, I will be ordering the atlis mega next and it will be with hyper rides!
Sad they are willing to lie to their customers to make sales. I would not recommend buying from them. They claim that all other bikes are “fake” and “illegal grey market” and that only the bikes they sell are the real ones. Straight lies. Plus they are rude. They must be desperate for sales. Makes sense because their prices are outrageous.
