Ashleigh is very knowledgeable about HBOT and the best person to get you started with it. First 2 sessions had slight ear soreness which she helped with, and no problems after that (20 sessions so far). The HBOT has helped me a lot. Make sure you get 20+ hours for best results.
Ash is very patience and knowledgeable. My 2 gala felt very comfortable with her getting them into the hyperbaric tank. We need.to experience more to see how much it can help.
Ashleigh and the team have been amazing from the start. After major surgery and 2 weeks in hospital with a break to my leg they have helped me get back on my feet ( literally) in a much shorter time frame than medical doctors expected. Recommend 100%.
Felt revitalised after the session and also found it help me sleep better the two nights since. Whole experience was very relaxed had a nice chat with Ashley while we got to pressure then had a little nap. Will definitely be going again.
