I'm sure once this establishment was professional and detailed. However, now the theory is there but technology isn't and lets the service down. Incompetence cost us time and nearly a lot of money. I'm sorry to advise this but it's law advice we are trusting to be provided and we were failed.
Peter is a real character! He helped us out with some SMSF paperwork. He explained the contracts clearly, gave us good advice and officially witnessed all the required documents. There was a lot of paperwork - but Peter was patient and helped us get it all done efficiently.
