My mom and dad moved into Hyland Park 3 years ago. From the moment that I contacted the facility for a tour, we were treated with kindness, professionalism and an overall welcoming feeling. My mom eventually transitioned to Hyland Crossing. Again, the staff handled the move smoothly and compassionately. Both places were truly a home for my parents, where they were taken care of, where they made new friends and were engaged with fun activities. My mother was living with me during the pandemic and in 2021 was ready to move back to Sun Prairie, her hometown. We toured a lovely apartment and were instantly impressed by the staff and the lively Community setting. Mom lived there until we lost her in 2024. Some of her happiest years were enjoyed at Hyland. She loved the food, the activities and her caregivers. Our family is grateful to have found such a wonderful place for Lynn.

Hyland has a great staff. It is a clean and well-maintained facility, and the management team works hard to keep the place running smoothly. This is a great place for families to have peace of mind about the care of their elderly family members.
