We moved my parents into Hyland in November 2021. Mom passed in July 2022. Dad has been there until his recent passing on April 15 at age 102 and 9 months. He, absolutely, loved it there! There are so many wonderful people that work there. Everyone was so good to him. I wish I could name them all. He was happy with the food, especially, that he did not have to make it or clean up afterwards. There were such a variety of activities. He joined all of them, right up until the end. My mom and dad moved into Hyland Park 3 years ago. From the moment that I contacted the facility for a tour, we were treated with kindness, professionalism and an overall welcoming feeling. My mom eventually transitioned to Hyland Crossing. Again, the staff handled the move smoothly and compassionately. Both places were truly a home for my parents, where they were taken care of, where they made new friends and were engaged with fun activities.
