I bought a Hygge vester bike a few weeks ago and it has been Amazing experience from the ordering process till the delivery. I've had my bike for a couple of months now, and so far, I have had no issue with it at all. The delivery service was great with it arriving on time. For me, the amazing customer service was what stood out. Whenever I had questions or concerns, there was always someone who was they're to help and promptly too. I would definitely recommend ordering from here to anyone!
I got my Huge Vester 2024 model last year as my cycle to work. The bike well packed I did have a issue in that after a couple of rides the bolts holding my rear disk brake disk loosened off and I found out cause of that the disk was spinning and not braking. I contacted Hygge customer support to ask what bolts I needed as I blamed myself I must have meant to tighten them but the customer team put me in touch with there engineering team who was outraged that my rear disk brake failed like that and sent me the bolts for free a... read more
Hygge is one of the best companies i've ever dealt with.....sensational customer service, their willingness to go above and beyond expectations is second to none, and i've become almost like a friend to Burhan....wo is their sales ambassador abroad. Also, they do amazing E-bikes
