If you’re looking for timely service, clear communication, or even basic professionalism—HydroWorx is not the company to rely on. Over 40 emails later, we still couldn’t get resolution on a simple part order. Their service team struggled to identify parts from their own catalog, dragged out quote processes, and treated our service requests like a nuisance rather than a priority. I take care of the Hydrotherapy I pools for the Atlanta Braves for 26 years. We have a hot plunge a cold plunge and an underwater treadmill. Once a year we get our units serviced by Hydroworx and all of the technicians that come out go way out of their way to make sure that our season goes great. Everybody that I have to deal with at Hydroworx take care of any products and parts in a very timely manner because I can't have these pools go down for a single day during the baseball season. If I could give this place a negative 100 review, I would. We have been attempting to get our personal hydroworx pool fixed for 2 YEARS but have been given the runaround. I feel like they are trying to take advantage of elderly clients. Do not use them.
