I left this review on Marriott but feel it needs to be left on spa itself. Spa & Facilities: Maintenance & Amenities: The spa hot tub was filled with bugs and debris, which my husband had to skim out himself. Following our massages, I was cold and told my husband I was going to use the amenities, I found the sauna and steam room turned off without prior notice, as they were closing. I got a day pass for the hydro spa, you are essentially paying to use the pool. The service was great from the people who work there, but for the $100 pass, expected more out of the facilities. The hot tub was also lukewarm, which was really disappointing and it should be cleaned throughout the day, the amount of stuff floating in it including bugs and multiple bees made me get out pretty quickly. This is one of the finest spas I have visited. This is comparable to the Grove Park Inn. They have every emmedity possible. Private hot tubs in both locker rooms, salt room, incredible views. I dont understand how anyone can visit this spa and be disappointed. Esther was my massage therapist and it was all business for the entire hour. None of that fluff waisting time during my session. She worked my old sore mussels the entire hour. I have visited a lot of spas and this one is in the top 5.
