the spa is super, everything is there for relaxation, the staff is very nice and caring, Ruchi very kind, gave a tour of the spa and explained where, what and how to use. So beautiful spa and hotel. Thank you
Just not worth the money. Like other reviews the amenities were mediocre at best. The “oxygen” bar is a table with uncomfortable chairs and 4 types of oxygen. 3 scented and 1 Plain. The salt cave was a dark room with some lamps. Massage chairs and foot massage were on, but right after a massage note really required. Many of the outdoor features were closed/under construction so that kind of sucked. I booked a last minute spot at the Hydro Spa for my wife and I We spent 200.00 for the both of us. The amenities were clean and “nice” but overall each experience was wildly oversold (it was comical) and left us completely underwhelmed. The “salt cave” was essentially a dark room with 3 salt lamps from Home Sense. Supposedly there is salt air being pumped into the room, but by no means was this immersive. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our couple’s massage. The therapists, Ishera and Ingrid, were very skilled, friendly and polite. We left invigorated and relaxed and two days later we’re still experiencing the benefits!
