My name is Kent Myers I purchased a used 2 year old hydro hoist lift a 14K 6 arm lift 4 years ago This year it started leaking at the seam where they fuse the 24 foot tune together it was obviously a manufactured defect I contacted hydro hoist the Warranty Guy told me that they did not warrenty used lifts. He did admit they did had a problem with the fusing on a hand ful of the tunes . I’ve never dealt with a company so incompetent, it’s shocking. They are incapable of doing the most basic tasks such as answering the phone, answering emails, providing quotes, or ordering parts. I have no idea how they can stay in business. I ordered a boat lift and hydroports 8 months ago and I’ve got nothing. Update: I received an email today from Hydrohoist saying they’ve been trying to contact me about my overdue balance, and if I don’t pay right away, they’re going to turn me over to collections.
