The guys from Hydro Smart were really nice but unfortunately they didn't do a good job. Our gutters were overflowing and their gutter cleaning made no difference. We had to pay someone else to come and do it again 2 months later. One of the down pipes was completely blocked and Hydro Smart didn't touch it. They used an industrial vacuum to do the first floor gutters, whereas the second company actually went up a ladder and could see what was going on. They twice failed to show up for a window cleaning quote appointment on 2 consecutive days. I had to keep phoning them. They seem to be completely disorganised and were finally very rude and hung up on me.
We used Hydrosmart to clean our gutters and they couldn't have been better. Courteous, professional and polite. Have already asked them to come back to do some other work.
Amazing service and well priced.
