I am extremely disappointed in this product. I had given the water soluble oil ago and with in a couple weeks my towels are oil logged and I can not get them clean. I have had these towels for 7 years using a different product no problem getting them clean and fresh. Do not recommend. I have contacted hydro2 oil and they say the product is up to their standard. Well if that’s the standard they are happy with I am very worried.

After reading these reviews, I felt compelled to write mine. I have been using Hydro2 oils for approximately 12 months now, I previously used firm and fold products and changed for better value for money. I enjoy working primarily with the unscented and relaxation oils. They wash out well from my towels, do not leave a smell or stain my towels. I also use Dynamo professional to clean my towels and always use the dryer. My towels are always soft and oil free.
I used to use Firm n’ Fold in Richmond but since setting up my second practice in Geelong I bought a couple of rounds of Small batch oil from this place…. From a use-ability perspective the oil is fine but as time has gone on my towels are getting harder and harder to wash, doesn’t matter what I do- soak in dishwashing liquid, tried dry cleaning the towelles eventually just get so heavily soaked in oil and start to smell pretty off and feel dirty n wet even after they have been thoroughly washed and dried. The worst massage oil (unscented) I ever brought. Leaves a smell on everything especially towels. Rancid, off smell. Nothing pleasant about it. Got a 10L and try to contact for refund or product swap and I was turned down. 1/10
