Love using their infrared saunas and red light therapy. Great staff and very clean.
Such a great little retreat to recharge. Love the staff very helpful and in making sure you are comfortable taking your sauna . Been coming here-for over two years . Love the hydrogen water my whole family feels the difference , and we are encouraged to drink more water . Very clean which is important to me . My foot baths are amazing, recharged relaxed and ready to face the day . Recommend this place highly.
They honor $18 Groupon for saunas and water for half hour. The rooms can be a bit bigger with a chair and side table for client accessories. The staff are pleasant, friendly, and engaging.
Hydrate has been a great place for me and my wife not only to detox but the hydrogen water makes a huge difference There are also great clean healthy products for sale for all your medicinal needs
