1 Star — Absolutely terrible experience. I paid for the 105-minute “Indulge in Tranquility” treatment, but I was finished in approximately 80 minutes. For the price, I expected a relaxing and professional experience. What I received was completely the opposite. From the moment I arrived, there was no greeting, no explanation and no communication. Purchased the Groupon voucher which was the couples 2hr package. 30min foot spa, 30min foot massage and 1 hr massage. Started off with 30mins of our feet in a bucket of water at the front of the store where staff where eating and answering phone calls. Then went in for the massage, massage was good, definitely didn’t have a 30min foot massage, more like 10mins. Wouldn’t rush back to Redbank plains, not sure if other location is the same.

We had a couples massage and enjoyed it very much! The staff are lovely. We will definitely be back!

I just got home from my massage with Sicilia. I booked the one our session and even had cupping done I walked in so sore and headachy but now I feel limber and the old gears are moving nicely again. Honestly I've had great massage therapists but today I can gladly say she will be my main therapist from now on. She was so polite and caring and really had a extensive knowledge on where my pain in my neck and lower back was coming from I walked out learning a little more about myself. Thanks again Sicilia
