Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. The therapist left the door open when leaving, assisting incoming client, left me for 10-15mins.wasted!!!i also feel that they compromising my privacy, and repeatedly ignored my requests while insisting on doing things their own way. A massage should be about listening to the customer and making them feel comfortable. I would not recommend this place.a waste of time and money!

Purchased the Groupon voucher which was the couples 2hr package. 30min foot spa, 30min foot massage and 1 hr massage. Started off with 30mins of our feet in a bucket of water at the front of the store where staff where eating and answering phone calls. Then went in for the massage, massage was good, definitely didn’t have a 30min foot massage, more like 10mins. Wouldn’t rush back to Redbank plains, not sure if other location is the same.

We had a couples massage and enjoyed it very much! The staff are lovely. We will definitely be back!
