We tried Mr. Foster to do something very simple on in an estate law issue last year. I called him myself, I am being sworn in as an attorney in another state next month, so I know extensively about estate law. I spoke with him at length to fill him out for a trust that my elderly mother is being supported by until she passes. Took my money and my case for two and a half years and when the going got tough, he dropped me like a hot potato after I had paid him over $12k and he gave the opposing attorneys all of my information. If I had it to do all over, I would have turned Jim Hyden into the bar association for several unethical practices! I would use this law firm to do anything with a trust or an estate... They take your money, promise you the world and then skip out and don't offer a refund. They good at billing you though and that's about it!

I tried to contact an attorney about setting up a gun trust. That's how I came across their page in the first place. I Googled gun trust attorney Arkansas. They told me I needed to speak with Phillip Miron. After calling several times and each time I was told he was in a meeting every time in which he would give me a call back. The "call back" never happened so I called back once more and his secretary informed me that she had spoken with him and that "he was not going to be able to help me."
