Sent me damaged items. Items that are advertised on their website as being made in the USA, are in fact made in China. Their products are cheaply made to the point that it would be laughable, if it weren't for what they charge. But instead, it boarder lines feeling like a scam. I implore you, don't waste your money.
When you call the number listed hey Google what's an automated voice telling you to press one to receive your hundred-dollar Walmart gift card I was completely unable to even reach this business honestly it reminded me of a scam
We have purchased a large qty of the k422 single ply knife. But all the knives we received cuts 2 plies. We have tried to reach out to them for help and get no response via email or phone call to help resolve this. It would be nice to be able to talk with an actual person about our problems but the customer service they offer doesn't seem to have actual people.
Great service and super fast delivery, will definitely be doing more service with you.
