I made a reservation to ship my car and boat to Mexico. On the scheduled date, nothing happened. They never called or emailed to warn us. They just gave us excuses over the phone when we called them. When my wife went to their office to get straight answers, two employees told her the ship had a problem and the delay would last weeks. Now we are stuck without our vehicle and boat. This company has zero appreciation for customers. They showed zero accountability and literally laughed at our situation. Do not use this service.
They have always been outstanding. I highly recommend them.
