If I could give Hydbond 10 stars I would. I’m a new customer and I cannot say enough great things about this company and their products. To start with the customer service is top tier and like none other. The quick response time to answer any questions I had at any time was phenomenal. The turn around time after placing the order, having it shipped and delivered was great. The selection of leatherette they have is great and it’s so easy to work with. Can't say anything but positive things about Hydbond. Since I switched to them, I have had ZERO failures after making a ton of hats.
