Hi Parminder here, This is the second time i hired the car from Hybrid Rentals. Both time I was treated so well with excellent customer service and car I was given was upto excellent standards. All the paper work was done and nicely clean. John the owner and Stephane so easy to deal with and approach . Had little issue of rego which was resolved in 5 minutes by them. I highly recommend everyone to get in business with them . Thanks
Do not rent!!!! All their cars are faulty. Rented a car and it broke down in 24 hrs almost causing a major incident. Tow truck drivers in the area advised hybrid rentals cars are being towed from them multiple times in a week. Very dodgy cars.
good price and service
Very unprofessional handling of accident claims. I drive their rental car for more than a year and I have had an accident unfortunately. I paid $1000 insurance excess fee to these guys believing in their company to put a claim against the insurance and keep in mind, they provided the insurance coverage along with the car rental. But these guys took money and never put the insurance claim that I provided $1000 for. Now NRMA is chasing me for $5500 invoice to pay for this accident.
