Awesome buying experience, was looking for a better way to get around the city and found just what I was looking for. Great customer service with a welcoming atmosphere.
Outstanding products and service. We originally bought Magnum folding bikes 4 years to bring with us on a boat. They were high quality, trouble free and got excellent service (tuneups). We recently traded them in to get full size Pedegos. John was very helpful matching our needs to the appropriate models. Test riding different models allowed us to buy with confidence. John and Brian are both extremely knowledgeable and provide excellent service. As with most things in life, you get what you pay for.
John (The owner ) runs a first class outfit! The bikes are well kept, safe and easy to use. My daughter and I rented an e-bike today from here and had a great time on the NCR trail. (If you haven’t done this yet with a family member I would highly recommend it). I will be back To do this again very soon!
John runs an incredible business out in the beautiful Monkton. My sister came into town and we were so excited to use the nice day out on the bike trail. It was a beautiful, SUNNY 90 degree day! John made it simple and easy to arrange a reservation, and even went above and beyond for us. We are both two petite ladies, and he trusted and accommodated us to use 2 bikes belonging to a business partner so that it would be a safer and better fit than the larger bikes he had available.
