We are extremely happy with our Hybrid e-bikes, and we appreciate Frank’s excellent personalized service and attention to detail. We were new to e-bikes, and Frank answered all our questions, helped us choose the components that matched our needs, and carefully set up our bikes to ensure they were an optimal fit. The bikes are very comfortable to ride, and we like the wide gear range with plenty of power for hills, as well as the long battery life
Frank literally bent over backwards to make our choice, our purchase and our collection a wonderful experience. We have been customers and now good friends of Franks from his beginning of the business a few years ago. His bikes are just superb…someone is always asking us where the bikes came from and we are always proud to tell them. Nothing is ever too much bother, we know we can call Frank and if there is a problem, often with Jim’s help, it’s fixed straight away, cheerfully. Having done hundreds of k’s, we still love our Hybrids and would so recommend.
I have had my hybrid e-bike for two years now and I love it! It is lighter in weight than many e-bikes which makes it easier to handle. It is very comfortable to ride. The company is good to deal with and provide a great, friendly service.
