Terrible at communicating. Email says to call. When I call, they say to email. Several times I was on a call and they said they would call back when they knew more and they did not call back once; I always had to follow up. Told me I had to prepay for the battery and it turned out the battery was fine and they did not refund the full purchase. Kept the credit card fee. Which is like, whatever, but I wish you hadn't had me prepay if you knew you wouldn't be able to give a full refund. My car is dead and I wanted to know if th... read more

Using the Dr Prius app and driving approximately 50 miles to check the battery the internal resistance is 19-20 milli- ohms consistently and the voltage variation is .03-.11Volts. However the issues I am a little concerned with is that the battery capacity is only at 65% when fully charged and block #11 has a consistent lower voltage than the rest of the pack. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase and the service I received! I would buy from this company again!
