When challenged with a problem, they worked closely with myself and the mechanic to resolve the issue before giving up on the product. They surely stand behind their work and I would recommend to fellow vehicle owners! The team at Hybrid Battery Service are true professionals. I bought a battery from them with a year-and-a-half warranty for my 2010 Prius, but it actually lasted for two years. That’s an excellent result, considering I work as a Rideshare driver and covered 150,000 miles. I highly recommend them to everyone. By the way I have another 2010 Prius that they replaced the battery in and that one is still going strong.
