I have tried multiple times to make contact over the last 6 weeks to enquire about a couch; no response to calls, texts or emails. If the business has shut up shop, they shouldn't be advertising items for sale....lucky we didn't follow through with an order judging by the most recent review!

Mr. Han, the company owner is customer oriented, very honest and well focused where customer service is number 1.
