I had the best experience at Lost Pines. I left my work Prada work bag with a Mac computer at Lost Pines after a meeting and their “” website that they use is amazing. I’m so thankful to receive my computer and bag today. I really thought that someone would keep my computer but everything was returned exactly the way that I left it - I couldn’t be more thankful! Thank you Hyatt!!

Our family of 4 from Dallas - including two small children - arrived at Lost Pines earlier this week only to discover that we had inadvertently booked our trip for the following week in error. Marc (at the front desk) sensed the horror on my face and did not skip a beat despite the fact that it was spring break week and the hotel was sold out. Instead of telling me that there was nothing he could do, he immediately invited my family to lunch while he sorted out OUR error and made arrangements with management to find a suitable room for our family. We were checked into a spacious room within 30 minutes. Every staff member we encountered during our stay was friendly and helpful. The resort was beautiful and clean and had plenty of activities for little kiddos to enjoy. I frequently travel on business and can tell you that outstanding customer service is somewhat of a lost art. I am pleased to see that this isn’t the case at all hotels and will consider more Hyatt properties for all my travels going forward. We will return to Lost Pines soon!
