My sister and I walked into this store, there were 2 young ladies at the front desk. One of them looked at us as if she was ready to greet us, but then after looking us up and down - she opted to not to say a word. The whole time we were in the store there was NO customer service from either woman. No "how can I help you, are you finding everything okay, if you have any questions.." I’ve been here before and I had no troubles looking around and browsing the store. All of a sudden, one day, one of the members of staff walked up to my group of friends and told us to stop fooling around and told us to leave simply for browsing and enjoying the items in the store. Will not be coming back.

I’ve been to this store many times and had many pleasant experiences before. However, when I visited the store this time to look for a present, the ladies were being very rude. One of the ladies stared at us unpleasantly and made us very uncomfortable. After browsing through the candles one of the ladies stated, “y’all need to stop fooling around, this is not a place to hangout.” I did not appreciate the tone and attitude that I was given as a customer.
