The new Hy-Vee market cafe needs to update their website. Hy-vee needs to express how great their new store is.
I have been a customer of yours for many years and have always had very good customer service. Tonight I came in to the deli shortly after 730 to buy some chicken and a couple of salads for our supper. The man who waited on me was very short with me but got my food and I paid him for it. As I started walking away he started yelling at me that the deli closes at 8 o'clock. I said it wasn't 8 yet and he tells me that I need to watch the clock because I was just under the gun. Everything average but ordered sausage and biscuits Received and didn't see but 2 pieces of sausage very small Ask cook and was answered that they mix and blend the meat into gravy....never heard of this or have ever seen or heard of this ever Tasted terrible Never again
I've shopped here for many years and the store is always clean. All employees have a smile on their face and are willing to help you find anything you need. I don't think the cooks in the buffet area know how to cook anything though.....yuck!!
I just saved $1.11 with my HyVee fuel savers card. I can only give this location four stars as I'm not always satisfied with their produce selection. The health and bulk food areas are fantastic but I often have to make an additional stop for my produce. Love the gas savings though.
Need prices lower to afford some of it when on a fixed income, but overall it's good when a person don't get kicked out for something that he didn't even know about. That's all I can say bout it.
Went to get the T-bones that were on sale and they don't have any. I was told they never got any in, how can they have them on sale? Worst customer service.
Hyvee in Albany, MO, is a friendly store in a friendly town. The employees there treat me respectfully, answer all my questions, willingly assist me witha shopping matter (I am handicapped), and do a fairly accurate job of processing my purchases at the cash register. I have only praise for this store's friendly service. Thank you, Hyvee!
ABOUT A WEEK AGO I HAD FRIED CHICKEN AT HYVEES IN BLUE SPRINGS. I ALMOST VOMMITTED BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE IT MADE ME SO SICK. I HAD TO TALK TO SEVERAL MANAGES TO MAKE AN INCIDENT REPORT. JOHN I THINK YOU SHOULD GET A MILLION DOLLARS FOR YOUR INTEGRITY BECAUSE I DON'T THINK THEY HAVE CHANGED ANYTHING ABOUT THIS ISSUE.
