I have a Rx for one year supply of pantoprozole and I'm paying cash. They refuse to sell me the prescription except one month at a time....UNLESS and UNTIL I provide them with my travel plans for the next 12 months showing I'll be out of country. OMG!! So far, I'm completely disappointed in the Pharmacy Staff at the Eagan Hy-Vee Pharmacy. My dog's vet sent a prescription for a Libre 3 Glucose Monitor to the pharmacy around 12:30 PM. I called the pharmacy to confirm they received it at 1:30 PM but they couldn't find it! I called the vet back, they called the pharmacy, then the vet called me back. Although the guests liked the food, they didn't realize it was not what we had ordered. The vegetables and potatoes were both cold (not supposed to be). The consultation was terrible as they had written down the wrong food that we wanted and we even after we corrected them they still showed up with the wrong food. Very over priced for the quality. The bar tending service was good. Very friendly bartenders but not only over priced. We were quoted something different. All in all I would never recommend them for anything.

Your employee, Lita, needs removed from checkout. Apparently her talking to other people is more important than ringing up my purchase. I waited long enough and took groceries out of carry all and shoved them as close as I could get to her scanner, to get her attention. She would scan a couple items then stop and talk to someone else. She then rang up a wrong variety of onion and tried to scan green onions as celery. Looking around the whole time talking. Not sure the pharmacy is worth the one star. Anyone on Ozempic for their diabetes knows getting this fill is a real struggle. While I know that the shortage is certainly not the pharmacy’s fault, however customer service is. After calling 3 other pharmacies to see if they have 1 in stock, Hyvee told me they had one. So have to get my Rx sent to them then trying to pick it up to be told they also need an authorization code from my dr.
