Andrea was amazing in the Floral Department. She made it so easy for me, went above and beyond! Jacob was great at communicating and quick with the delivery! Because of their stellar customer service, I will be back!
I did the aisles online. I was placing my aisles online order, got it all ready, and pressed order. I got an error saying the time slot was no longer available, but it took my money. So I went back to try to change the time slot.. it tried charging me again. (Thankfully I didn't have enough in my account) Long story short, they never received my order and as of five days I still haven't received my money back or any word about it. I've called several times, and they keep telling me they've submitted a ticket and are waiting ... read more
