I called Hy-Point more than 10 times, and left multiple voice messages over an 8-day period. Only once did someone answer the phone. During this very short conversation I was told I would receive a call back the following day, which did not occur. In fact, no one ever called me back. Pathetic.
The staff were very friendly, equipment pricing was fair and they had quality equipment.
One thing I can say is I like the quality of their milk I never had any problems with the milk from any grocery store that I bought so far
