Jessica is a miracle worker! 2.5 months before my half marathon I injured my knee (I had runners knee). I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to run again. However, thanks to Jessica’s dry needling magic not only did I complete my half marathon in the time frame I was hoping for. I also had ZERO pain or discomfort throughout the whole run! I can now run regularly again with no pain and it’s all thanks to Jessica!
