The Postnatal Clinical Pilates Class has been an incredibly valuable part of my recovery and wellbeing journey after having my second baby. One of the biggest highlights is that you can bring your baby with you, which removes so much of the logistical stress new moms often face when trying to prioritize their own health. I started seeing Meghan Blanchard for pelvic floor physiotherapy about six weeks after my son was born. She successfully guided my return to running in the postpartum period with knowledge, compassion, and genuine kindness. She also invited me into her postnatal reformer Pilates class, which provided a much-needed sense of community (while building strength!) for me and my baby. Le personnel à l’accueil est toujours souriant, Émilie (physiothérapeute - réhabilitation plancher pelvien) est exceptionnelle et est à l’écoute puis, Meghan (physiothérapeute - cours de pilates post-partum) m’aide à me dépasser tout en restant sécuritaire et en m’encourageant.
