I would give ZERO stars if I could. I signed a contract and gave a deposit of $979.87 to secure my Wedding and Reception dates of July 8th and 9th. NO ONE AT HVP EVER SHOWED UP!!! Now, I can't get in touch with anyone at HVP! Now, I don't have my wedding memories on video AND I am out $979.87. At this point, I just want my money back.

Finished package was good. However, had to file a claim with our c/c company because rather than get our package in 5wks as we were told, we waited 3months to receive the wedding video only, an add'l 2months for the DVD copies & an add'l 1month for the raw footage. Vendor said he was short staffed & needed to finish other clients videos as they were complaining as well. Plus we kept getting the run around as we told on numerous occassions, the package would be ready in 2wks, 1wk, etc. The finished product was great, waiting ... read more
