Worst place to deliver loads. they put me in the dock for more than 7 hrs.
How terrible this company is that they can’t help a contractor with paperwork on returning a product fact I spend over 175,000 a year on Hvac products throughout this area and no other company except Hvac Distributors gives me issues about returning things. That’s why I am no longer using them and their products, pretty sad

2 years ago I needed a capacitor and they were same price as online and I didn't have to wait for the part. They had it in stock. Then I called about the contactor and another part and they have it all in stock. Amazing company and staff. My go to and I'm not even a certified hvac person. Just fixing my own system. Thanks James for a great business you built.
