Zero stars! We gave Dan Troung our tax info 3 months before they were due. Every time we inquired, he said they were "right in front" of him and he was working on them. Then a week before they were due, he stops replying to calls/ texts/ emails. Now on the due date we are forced to find someone else to do them, and are now facing late fees because of him.
