I have been selling real estate for over 40 years. This was undoubtable the worst closing I have ever experienced. This is the first review I have ever written but this one deserved the worst review possible.
Second bad review. These people are unprofessional and naïve.( buyer’s lawyers) When we FINALLY closed on our house our check was deficient over $1159. We now have to wait another 4 days to get our money. (Meanwhile the buyer has our house) My husband and I found the error in 2 minute, hard to understand why they didn’t 🤔First off they tried to just use the computer to find a deed from 1996 instead of going to the register of deeds in person.
