Worst closing ever. If there was something to mess up, they will mess it up. Just a basic as can be closing. I would not recommend them, I don't know how they are in business. Want to spend half a day figure out how to correct the reconning, do unofficial wires because they don't want to redo the paperwork that is loaded with errors, hire these guys. Difficult to deal with on property closings. Don’t use this place while there are dozens for you to chose from.
Great experience closing on our home purchase with Whitney Maxwell at Hutchens Law. She was very professional and efficient. Had a small hitch with the paperwork and she handled it flawlessly. We would employ her services again for sure.

My wife and I sold our home recently and unfortunately our buyers chose this law firm so we went with the flow. Somer Beauvois our underwriter was very good at communication and helpful. But that is where the positives end. Whitney Maxwell was our closing attorney and my goodness we couldn’t have felt any less important and a waste of her time from start to finish.
