We had an excellent experience with the closing on my mother in laws home after her passing. We thought it would be complicated but Rose was very informative and helpful.
Worst closing ever. If there was something to mess up, they will mess it up. Just a basic as can be closing. I would not recommend them, I don't know how they are in business. Want to spend half a day figure out how to correct the reconning, do unofficial wires because they don't want to redo the paperwork that is loaded with errors, hire these guys. Difficult to deal with on property closings. Don’t use this place while there are dozens for you to chose from.
