Wish I would have read reviews before working with Huston Lumber. Sales very nice but many problems on orders, bad wood given, cut wrong: Bad, dented wood given, more then half order cut wrong. My contractor was besides himself with the mistakes. Houston Lumber acted like the mistake was my fault. HL made it right but I had to make two extra trips to drop off bad product and pick up corrected order. Cutting person was angry which was not pleasant for me to deal with. I have been a customer for a couple of years, unfortunately, within the last 3 months sales people have made several mistakes in placing orders, not acknowledging their error and putting the blame on the customer. That means the customer ends up eating the cost of that mistake. I won't be buying another nail there, even though I am looking to spend thousands of dollars more on building products, I just won't spend it with Huston. Cannot recommend them, buyers beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
