I've been working out and training with Amrita for the past year and it has been one of the most self-developing phases i have experienced. I started ofd with lack of knowledge and confidence with any gym equipment, but Amrita taught me how to be confident whilst working out whilst doing what is best for my body. I joined Hustle Hiit with pt Sukh at the beginning of this year. I originally started to add more fitness to my everyday routine. Sukhs motivation and encouragement has allowed me to do this effortlessly with convenient time slots available in the evening (out of work hours). I have developed in confidence considerably and I would highly recommend Hustle Hiit & Sukh to anyone looking to train in a private, fun, hassle free way!

Excellent personal training sessions with Sukh who really cares and goes above and beyond to help me achieve my goals in and out the gym. Small and private gym that feels more personal. #Positive Vibes Only 💪🏽

I was in 2 minds about starting my fitness journey but after the initial consultation with Amrita I was put at ease. No 2 sessions are the same and in the few months that I have been a part of Hustle Hiit, Amrita has really encouraged me to do things out of my comfort zone, that I can see and feel the difference within my body. The location has ample parking and a variety of equipment
