Wayne’s title should be a tax UNprofessional. Takes your money to NOT complete the job that he was hired to do. When confronted he just hits you with “I’m sorrys.” Unfortunately this isn’t kindergarten and I’m sorry doesn’t make everything okay. So save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go to a more reputable business that actually does the work that you hire them for. Not a shady business practice that half asses their job and expects full compensation.
