I love bedding but this set has been an enormous let down. I spent $500 on a comforter, sheets and a pillow. The pillow was plain old shredded foam that you can buy on Amazon for $30. The sheets are very soft but wrinkle like nothing I've ever seen before. And the so called cooling comforter is not cooling and it's enormous. The queen size reaches the floor even when folded over the pillows. The last straw that pushed me to writing this review was the comforter tore at the stitching. I had a disappointing experience with this company. They advertise fast shipping, but after placing my order, they refunded the extra shipping fee without explanation. I told them I’d be away on a business trip starting September 6 and couldn’t receive the item, but they delivered it that day anyway and left it in the lobby of my high-rise condo. Wow... should have read the reviews before I ordered. When I placed my order for pillows I was offered an offer on pillow protectors which I ordered as well. Not sure what happened pillow protectors did not come... I was not charged. I called and asked if I could get them at the special offer and told sorry about your luck... and not in a kind way!!! The pillows are ok. I could have got the same quality for a fraction of the cost. I guess it was my fault for not reading the reviews first! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE... read more

I asked them on their website chat where their blankets were made and they said the blankets are made in Thailand and the covers are made in Canada. The order arrived and both are made in China. I asked them why they told me it was made in Thailand and Canada and they basically said, yeah, no, it's made in China. And then they ghosted me. The blanket inside the cover has the same look and feel as moving blankets (the kind you use to wrap furniture).
