Product: Iced Cooling Comforter (Charcoal) I wish I had known that the bamboo fabric is prone to staining and can permanently darken in certain areas. I own other high-end sheets, including silk and Egyptian cotton, and have never experienced this issue. I ordered a set of pillows on Dec 5. It’s been more than (x number of days) and I still have yet to receive my order. I’ve emailed them many times to only be met with automated messages. This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. This was my first, and will now be my very last time ordering from Hush. I will never recommend anyone shop from this company. A complete scam.
Pretty let down with their customer service. For a big company, I would expect better. I ordered a full set of sheets, pillow cases, a new duvet and duvet cover all in King size- $1000 plus but with discount was around $650. I received queen size pillow covers, a double size duvet, a double sized sheets, and a queen sized duvet cover. Sad. Their auto email response says they take 5 to 7 business days to reply. Complete scam of a company. - They didn’t send half of our order - They lied about opening a case to get it sorted out - Do not answer the phone, just get hung up on - Have not / will not refund - The two pillows we got are completely different from one another. The list goes on. Beware. They have no idea what they are doing, and the product is very sub-par. Not worth even half of what they charge. …. Still waiting for my product or money back.
Dismal customer service and questionable service practices. My order has been shipping in multiple packages, but with no emails from HUSH to notify me which item has shipped - I get an email from a shipping company and wait to find out what is in the package. Three weeks in, still waiting for the final item - the weighted knit blanket - and cannot even prove it hasn't arrived because I have no records from the company about what has shipped, and the order page is not updated.
