I appreciate the professionalism and kindness of their attorney who represented a non profit who I had a rental situation with. She was a great attorney and treated me fairly. I trusted her, lol, more than the organization who sued me, a company I volunteered for since 2020. Unethical! As the former co-founder of the Missouri startup HoneyToCocoa LLC, me and my now ex-business partner hired this firm to help us convert from an LLC to a C-Corp and establish our individual shares of equity, bylaws, etc. Attorney Casey Kidwell assisted with this part and everything went as planned without error or issue.
