2 year old mattress, company will not warranty it because it has a coffee stain. Also took 5 weeks for our Vietnam furniture to arrive. Even Sams has a better warranty. Don’t waste you time with these people, very rude customer service and will not fulfill their promises

I will never use them again. My salesman Mr Bethune seemed to be a nice elderly gentlment and I forgot he was still a salesman. Also, after I found out the the "Leather" that was sold to me was in fact "Bonded Leather" or what wikipedia calls"Pleather I called to reconcile the issue. Then, I was transffered to a Mr. Mccord who told me to come right in and it would be no issue to swap it out. However, when I arrived the story had changed.
