This law firm is pathetic! I called a month ago for a consultation; the attorney was out of town so, I had the misfortune of only ever speaking to the rude and disgruntled paralegal/receptionist who had a terrible disposition and absolutely no customer service. She seemed annoyed to even answer the phone, let alone take my information and some details about my case.
