I was told by a former client that I needed to call Jimmy Hurt for my car accident. He cares and is quick to get things resolved. I left a message on 5/4 and received a call back from Emily on 5/5. She asked me to send her a copy of the police report and replied with a thank you. I never heard from them again. James Hurt helped me with a consumer protection case and he got my case resolved and way quicker than I had expected! It is a small firm and was a slow start due the holidays and such, but it was still great working with them. Jennifer is very knowledge and helped to calm my nerves and work with me about the cost. They really spend your money like it's theirs and I believe I got an excellent deal for the price and service I was given! They are very transparent about costs and potential costs. This law firm is pathetic! I called a month ago for a consultation; the attorney was out of town so, I had the misfortune of only ever speaking to the rude and disgruntled paralegal/receptionist who had a terrible disposition and absolutely no customer service.
