I can’t recommend this enough. I’ve had nagging injuries and stiffness for years that I tried to exercise away- even going to physical therapy to try and resolve. The therapy here is a very tough hour, and the recovery is mandatory, but the results are amazing. I didn’t know you could lift weights without shoulder pain, but working back some of the damage I’ve done has allowed me to exercise pain free for the first time in forever. It’s not a soft, relaxing massage. This is serious work and produces serious results.

I've been going to Hurt Craft monthly for a while. It's difficult to put into words what an improvement it has had on my quality of life. Before I found this place, I was in constant pain and discomfort. Since I've been going in to see Nicole regularly, I've regained mobility, my pain and stiffness has decreased dramatically, and I've been able to work out consistently for the first time in years. I can't recommend this place enough.
