Told me to dream about getting our money back and maybe it would happen. Made us pay 50$ before the tow people had even gotten here and said it would be a 30 min wait and to not find anyone else, so we did just that waited the 30 min and turned everyone away that tried to help. Then an hour goes by, they say the driver was having issues and will be there shortly. And hour and 30 min go by. And they tell me to dream abt getting my 50$ back and that no one is coming to help. This dude lied about coming had me waiting 4 hours in the damn rain I asked the dude to jump my battery because that was the initial reason he was coming so I could raise my windows and if that didn’t help to tow it, he said I’m not here to jump the battery just tow so you want me to tow it or not and then proceeded to use a tool to force it in neutral. And the guy still doesn’t think an apology is necessary so never use this company they are liars and don’t care about your car just getting paid..
