This dude lied about coming had me waiting 4 hours in the damn rain I asked the dude to jump my battery because that was the initial reason he was coming so I could raise my windows and if that didn’t help to tow it, he said I’m not here to jump the battery just tow so you want me to tow it or not and then proceeded to use a tool to force it in neutral. And the guy still doesn’t think an apology is necessary so never use this company they are liars and don’t care about your car just getting paid..

If I could put 0 stars I would! I had a very frustrating experience with this tow company. I had scheduled a tow for my vehicle between 7 AM and 8 AM, with precise instructions on the vehicle's location and the drop-off location at a repair shop. Despite this, the driver called me at 5:30 AM, which was earlier than the scheduled time, and since I missed the call, they decided to skip my vehicle and proceed to the next one, even though my instructions were clear. Looking to wait 2 to 3 hours to pay double the standard look no further you have found your option! Quoted me 35 to 45 minutes on a dark night in a ghetto part of Houston ended up taking them 2 hours and 40 minutes to show up. The dispatcher stopped accepting my calls after the hour and a half mark. Avoid at all costs!!!
