Two years ago we had Hurricane Home Solutions install a stand alone Generator on or farm. At that time I was encouraged to purchase a more expensive 20K Cummings Generator. I requested a Generic, but was informed that the Generic’s used a Brigs & Stratton motor that was made in China, and they were having a hard time getting parts for them through the supply network. The installers and sales people were very professional and considerate. They gave us assurance that we will have power during my husband's medical treatments even if the electricity goes off.
Welp, after 10 days of bullshit, they came last Monday (5 days ago). No problems since, no blinking lights!! All good. Best it's been since they installed the generator on 2/6/2025! Fingers crossed it lasts!! Update.. STILL no word from this company!! 4 months, NO word!! Never contacted us about refund of our $2000.00 deposit. BEWARE of this "company"!!
