Awsome trucks
After coming to work here. I decided to give them one star. They are not looking for people to drive their trucks. They are looking for machines to drive their trucks. They don't give you anytime to check the truck over. They'll dispatch you right out of orientation without you giving you anytime to see if the truck they have given you have anything wrong with it. Hurricane Express will tell you they are family oriented and stuff, but that is far from the truth...i worked their for 5 months and found a better job.. they stopped my payment from enteringy bank account and said i won't be paid until 2 weeks later so hurricane is keeping 2 weeks of my hard earned money and holding it.. instead of taking my last check and holding ot.. I'm a driver for Hurricane Express, I just want to say theres a lot of comments abut this company, rather good or bad. I been driving for them for about 3 1/2 months. I started off with an orientation truck. Which reminds you looks very well maintained, I am now in a 2026 peterbuilt 579, so far so good on the pay. They will never have you running illegally, however if you are running on recaps hours just do as much as you can, every hour counts when it comes to driving whit Hurricane express. Brake checking slow trucks, can't back, watch movies on phone. But I get it driving that slow, gor do something.
