We recently replaced our sliding glass doors at the Tiki, and overall had a great experience. The install crew was very experienced and efficient, they had the old doors removed and the new ones installed quickly. Everything was done properly, including pulling permits, so the job was completely above board. They also did a nice job cleaning up after themselves, and the pricing was fair. Stopped by to see what they offered. Owner took two calls while I was waiting and then was very rude. Will not even consider doing any business with him.

Three appointments scheduled, three no shows and no calls. Many other companies out there who will respect you and your time.

Left multiple voice messages. Got my husband to call after 2 weeks, still no return call. I even called them when I was driving past (they were open) and still didn't pick up the phone or call me back. Must be nice to have that much business that they can't be bothered to give you a call back. After reading some of these reviews. Maybe it was a good job that I didn't pursue them.

In January of this year we spent $9,000.00 to replace all the windows, and a door in our condo with hurricane windows. We are still waiting on our paperwork. after 3 requests! John Ramos, failed to get the windows certified by the engineer until July. We found out from TWIA the windstorm insurer that if the certificate was not sent to TWIA, and a hurricane hit South Padre Island, we would NOT be insured, in spite of the fact that we were paying for windstorm insurance, because the certificate was missing.
