Hurricane Boat Lifts south illegally charges customers sales tax for on-site service and installtion. Check with other companies. Others do not. I also requested a review by the FL Dept of Revenue, and they confirmed that tax should not be charged as a boat lift is a fixture on real porperty and not personal property.
