I had a problem with delivery so I rang them up, really helpful, turned out it was left at the wrong address and the people hung onto it for 3 days which made it look like a really late delivery, so not hurrels fault. I am now looking at a lovely freshly germinated green lawn, thanks hurrels

Utterly dreadful service!! They “lost” half my seed. Wouldn’t bother wasting your time unless collecting the seed from them directly. Half the seed doesn’t arrive. I have ordered seed 2 years in a row from Hurrells and the first year half the seed arrived late and the other half arrived a week later (despite being part of the same shipment). This year I have had half the seed arrive late and then they have informed me that the rest has been lost by their courier so will have to be sent out again. No attempt made to compensat... read more
