Great service. Drivers are awesome. Great service for those without their own transportation. Departure and arrival times work well
Waited at the London stop, going to Grand Bend, only to find a small half size bus came for double the amount of people waiting. No online tickets, no notice that it's first-come-first-serve, and the driver rudely told us next bus was at 6:00pm and shrugged. Whole crowd of people left standing on the curb, long weekend plans ruined. Don't bother lol
Can anyone tell me that does this bus allow us to take our bike with us?
Good to have the service, weird that they don't let you carry drinks on board like every other transit operator in Ontario, but overall its great to have the bus in the area.
